Client Perspectives

Testimonials

"The risk register engagement was more thorough than I expected for a three-week scope. The workshop facilitation drew out perspectives from teams that rarely sit in the same room — which produced a register that actually reflects our business, not a generic list. We reviewed it with the board two months after and it held up well."

"We had always talked about employer brand as something we'd get to eventually. Bodhi Rein helped us actually get there — and with more depth than I anticipated. The employee perception research revealed a few things that surprised us, and those findings shaped the proposition in ways we wouldn't have arrived at on our own."

"What I valued most was the way the team approached the venture program — they didn't arrive with answers but helped us find them through a structured process. By week six, our team was thinking about new business opportunities in a fundamentally different way. The pilot design we produced is something we're actively working toward now."

"The messaging toolkit from the employer brand engagement has genuinely changed how our recruitment team talks about working at our company. Before, everyone described us slightly differently. Now there's a consistent, honest narrative — and we've started to attract candidates who reference that narrative in their applications."

"As a smaller organization, I was slightly concerned the engagement would feel oversized for us. It didn't — the scope and timeline were appropriate, and the consulting team adjusted its pace to match our capacity. The risk register we produced is something we will actually maintain and use, which wasn't the case with the informal process we had before."

"Nanthika's expertise in the Thai talent market was apparent from the first session. The competitor employer positioning analysis showed us clearly where we stood and, more importantly, where we had genuine space to differentiate. The content calendar they produced has been running for three months and is producing meaningful engagement on LinkedIn."

Risk Register Engagement

Financial Services Firm, Bangkok

Completed March 2025

Challenge

The organization had undergone rapid growth and accumulated operational and regulatory risks that existed informally across departments, with no shared language or ownership framework for managing them.

Approach

Three facilitated workshops brought together leaders from compliance, operations, finance, and technology. A structured risk assessment process identified 34 material risks, assessed them for likelihood and impact, and assigned ownership to named individuals.

Results

A governance-ready risk register with full ownership mapping, escalation protocol, and a quarterly review cadence. The register was presented to the board within six weeks of the engagement ending. Three high-priority risks received immediate mitigation resourcing.

Employer Brand Engagement

Manufacturing Conglomerate, Eastern Seaboard

Completed January 2025

Challenge

High turnover among mid-level technical staff and difficulty attracting candidates with specialized engineering skills despite competitive compensation. Employer brand was undefined and inconsistently communicated across recruitment channels.

Approach

Employee perception interviews with 22 staff at varied tenures and levels, combined with competitive positioning review of five peer employers. Brand proposition development workshops led to a core narrative and three distinct audience messaging threads.

Results

A complete employer brand guideline document, messaging toolkit, and six-month content calendar. Within three months of launch, inbound applications for technical roles increased by approximately 35%, and interviews with new hires indicated the brand narrative influenced their decision to apply.

Venture Development Program

Retail Distribution Business, Bangkok

Completed February 2025

Challenge

A profitable core business facing margin pressure from changing distribution dynamics. Leadership recognized the need to explore adjacent opportunities but had no structured process for evaluating them fairly or moving from ideas to action.

Approach

A cross-functional team of five participated in the full ten-week program. Opportunity identification generated eleven directions; four were taken through concept development and validation. The lead concept underwent business model design and lightweight market testing.

Results

A portfolio of three validated venture concepts with supporting evidence, a fully developed pilot design for the lead concept, and a governance framework the board has adopted for managing venture activity. The lead pilot is currently in early execution.
