Our Story
Where Bodhi Rein Came From
Bodhi Rein began in Bangkok as a deliberate response to a pattern we observed across Thai organizations: capable leadership teams held back not by a lack of ambition or talent, but by the absence of structured processes for thinking through their most pressing challenges.
Too often, risk conversations happen informally. Employer brand is treated as something the HR department owns in isolation. New venture ideas surface, generate excitement, and then quietly fade without ever being stress-tested or properly resourced. We founded Bodhi Rein to build the kind of structured space where these conversations could happen with the rigor they deserve.
The name draws from two ideas: Bodhi — the quality of awakened, clear-seeing awareness — and Rein — the idea of directed, purposeful guidance. Together they capture what we try to bring to every engagement: clarity about what the situation truly is, and structure for moving through it with intention.
Since opening our doors in Lumpini, we have worked with organizations across financial services, manufacturing, retail, and professional sectors in Thailand, facilitating engagements that produce documentation and frameworks our clients continue to use long after our involvement ends.
